To place an
order: Simply browse our site. When you see a product
you'd like to purchase, just add the item to your cart. Our online
checkout is through PayPal, but you do not need to have a PayPal
account in order to purchase from us.
Why PayPal? We've chosen PayPal for
our online payment processing because it is secure, reliable, and
widely used on the Web already. PayPal is the leading payment
network for online auction Web sites, including eBay, which liked it
so much they bought the company. Millions of people worldwide have
PayPal accounts and millions of businesses large and small accept
it. Small businesses like ours can accept credit cards through
PayPal at a lower than with a traditional merchant account.
This also makes it so we don't have to handle your credit card
numbers, which is much safer for you and for us.
Paying with money
orders: We currently do not have any means to pay with
money orders. We are investigating this option. Please
email us under "Special Requests"
if you need this option.
Shipping:
We ship both domestically and internationally!
We do our best to have accurate shipping costs and we are not out to
make money on shipping. If the shipping costs you are charged
exceed your actual shipping costs, we will send you surprise goodies
to make up the difference.
In most cases, we are not able to use flat rate boxes. Ribbons are
not heavy for the most part, but they are bulky. In order to avoid
crushing your goodies, we use appropriately sized boxes.
We have no "handling" charges. It's our business to handle your
order and get it on it's way to you. We ship with the United States
Postal Service because they charge the best rates and provide the
quickest service.
Our goal is to ship out your order within 3 business days from the time you place it. For this reason, we only put
items into inventory that are actually ready to ship from our
store. We update our inventory pages nearly every day as we receive
shipments from our suppliers.
