I have known Heidi for just over two years now and we met on SCS when she was living overseas. Our computer time lined up perfectly since my two kids were still fast asleep and Heidi was waiting for her kids to come home from school. We just clicked!
About 5 years ago as a stay at home mom (I have a 9 year old son and 11 years old sassy daughter; and, I do not eat bonbons all day, despite what my husband thinks!) I got hooked on Carol Duvall reruns. That’s when I discovered The Angel Company, although I had quite a growing collection of Stampin Up! stamps, Michael’s stamps and other unmounted stamps which I had bought online. In fact for the later, I cut my own wood blocks and mounted them on those rough pieces thinking that was the only way to stamp. Now I am true believer in EZ Cling and I no longer have discussions with my husband about how many stamps I really “need”.
I still am shy about my work, so thanks for this awesome opportunity to be your guest stamper, Heidi. It’s quite an honor and your beautiful ribbons add so much to even a simple card!

Blue Blossom
Paper is from DCWV Bright stacks and stamps are from Pretty Posies by TAC. The flower is watercolored with Tombow markers to achieve incredible dimension, then highlighted with Glaze Gelly pens (available from TAC). The ribbon is black 3/8" striped organdy from Pink Hedgehog Paper Crafts.
Friends Card
Chris used Mulberry Meadow paper from TAC. Stamps used are Distressed Designs and Flourishes stamps from TAC. Stamped and embossed bookplate with Hint of Pesto Versamagic ink. Featured are Williamsburg blue ribbon in 7/8" and plum eyelets from Pink Hedgehog Paper Crafts.
Joyful Christmas Day
The papers in this card are DCWV Flora 2 textured paper and retired Vintage Holiday paper – all from TAC. Stamps used are Trendy Holiday Tags by TAC. The colored staples are from Making Memories. Red ink is L’Amore Pallete ink. Chris used 3/8" red organdy from Pink Hedgehog Paper Crafts.
Rosy Posy
Chris used Genevieve paper from TAC, the base card is from the DCWV Bright stack. Stamps used are Fanciful Flowers from TAC. Inks are TAC Palette inks: Belle Rose, Claret and Jardin Moss. Ribbon is 1/4" white grosgrain from Pink Hedgehog Paper Crafts, and also Moss brads from the same source.
Thinking of you in Earthtones
Chris stamped using the Nothing is Better set from TAC – retired last December. She stamped the flower withCognac Palette ink overstamped with Versamark and chalked to give her image the amazing depth. Paper is cheap paper from Joann’s value packs! She featured Pink Hedgehog Paper Craft peach 3/8" organdy and vanilla 1/4" grosgrain ribbons andsunshine eyelets.
Rustic Leaf
Papers used for this card are Rustic Chic paper from TAC and DCWV textured paper from stack. Stamps used are Charcoal Leaf set from TAC. Chris used the Jumbo Java Versamagic chalk ink and embossed the leaf. Tan 1/4" Ric Rac and Chocolate eyelets from Pink Hedgehog Paper Crafts.
